We process data submitted through forms: identity, contact details, property information and, for job applications, your CV.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to answer enquiries, manage valuations, requested communications and recruitment. Processing is based on consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps. Data is retained only as necessary and for statutory periods.

Your rights

You may exercise access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability rights by emailing info@gestiofincas.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
